At MBE we pride ourselves on the service and support we provide to our customers and it was on this basis MBE was founded almost 40 years ago.
Our team of hardware and software service engineers are trained to the highest standards in order to trouble shoot and repair any issues you may be having minimising downtime for our customers a lot of whom have been relying on us for over 30 years.
Our customer service team are on hand 5 days a week from 8.30am – 5.00pm to deal with any issues you may have. Once a service call is logged we guarantee a service engineer will be on-site within 4 hours of your call for any calls logged in the afternoon one of our team will be with you the following day. We also guarantee next day delivery on all toner in stock ordered before 3.30pm.
